Reiki enhances the flow of energy throughout the body promotes relaxation, alleviates pain, accelerates healing processes, and diminishes various symptoms associated with illness.
During the final 15 minutes of each session, you’re provided with processing time to rest, reflect, and absorb. Feel free to bring a journal to make the most of this period.
